Step 2: Collect Your Loan Documentation
The documentation we need to process your request is dependent upon the type of loan for which you are applying. Please click on your loan type below to download a helpful documentation checklist. ( If you are interested in
maximizing the return on your idle cash or
in cash management solutions that will reduce you checking account service charges, you can skip this step and move on to step 3.)

Step 3: Download additional loan documents
A Personal Financial Statement and a 4506-T are listed in your loan type documentation checklist (from step 2). All owners of the business must complete a Personal Financial Statement for Spectrum. A 4506-T form must be completed for all entities submitting federal tax returns to Spectrum, including the business and all owners of the business. Lastly, a copy of our privacy policy can be downloaded for your records.

Step 4: Submit Your Loan Application
We want your application submission to be as convenient for you as possible. You can submit your completed documents from step 1, 2, and 3 to your credit union. Or, you can mail your application directly to Spectrum at:
